Ordering

1. How can I place an order?
You can easily order through our webshop. Add your favorite items to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout process to complete your order.

2. Can I still change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@ziadee.nl – if your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to adjust or cancel it.

3. I haven't received a confirmation email. What now?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If the email is not there, please contact our customer service so we can check it for you.

Shipping & Delivery

4. What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €30. For orders below that amount, you pay a small contribution to the shipping costs.

5. How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, this may take a little longer.

6. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to follow your package.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely via iDEAL, Creditcard, Klarna Pay Later, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

9. Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and undamaged.

10. How can I return my order?
Send an email to info@ziadee.nl with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive the return instructions.

11. When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5-10 business days.
